Talember is operated under the Talember brand. These terms describe the service you purchase and your responsibilities when using it.
You must be 18 or older and have the rights and permission to upload and use your photos and story, including parental or guardian permission for anyone under 18. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, exploitative or non-consensual material, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
Talember creates an AI-generated video from your photos and story. Review and edit the proposed script before approving video creation. AI results can vary and may contain visual inaccuracies; an exact likeness or exact reproduction of a memory is not guaranteed. The format and delivery scope shown for your order apply. HD delivery is upscaled rather than a promise of native HD generation.
Each order is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The price recorded for your order remains unchanged by later promotions. Review the final total and any tax details before paying. If you select Paddle checkout when available, Paddle acts as the reseller and merchant of record for that purchase; its buyer terms also apply. Direct PayPal purchases remain separate.
A successful payment entitles you to one usable completed result within the purchased scope. Technical failure does not count as successful delivery. Contact support for recovery or refund resolution under our Refund Policy; do not pay again for the same unresolved order. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or applicable payment-provider refund rights.
You retain your rights in your uploaded material and permit us to process it to provide your requested service, as described in our Privacy Policy. These terms do not grant us permission to publish your private photos or video for advertising. You may download and share your result subject to the rights of people depicted and other applicable rights; AI output is not guaranteed to be unique or eligible for copyright protection.
Download and save your completed video. Access is tied to your browser and is not a permanent video library. The retention periods and replacement warning shown in the service and Privacy Policy apply. Later changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not change an existing order’s recorded price or purchased scope.
